i know that is is kinda of a hard decision to make by a coach....but
does anyone else think that it was wrong for walsh to pull morrison
from the game tonight...even more wrong..did anyone think that it was
heartless for the umaine fans to chant for alfie after morrison had let
a a few goals go by...now i know that making a decision like that is
only to better the teams chances of winning but did alfie in any way
prove that he was any better then morrison tonight??  they both let in
the equal amount of goals go in..alfie one more then mike...and why is
it always the goalies fault...you could definitely tell that the
defense factor was missing from tonights game....that is the second
time that walsh has pulled morrison from a game..even after he proved
himself by (1) the jc penny classic.. in which he played goal during
the championship game...and (2) the governers up...if i am not mistaken
he was also playing goal for the championship game in the
contest....morrison has such amazing skill and the umain fans have not
really been able to see that because he keeps getting pulled...so he
let a few goals go by tonight...and i know that walsh wants to
win...but alfie let just as many go right by him and there was no
alternative left...he couldn't pull alfie and put someone else in...so
i just think that keeping morrison in would have benefited the whole
outcome of the game..morrison works well under pressure and he deserves
a shot to prove himself to the fans at umaine.....
