There is no danger of any nation other than the u.s. to initiate a
nuclear attack. All other nations know that they would be instantly
obliterated if they were to do so. Given the present rampage of the U.S.
across the globe, which is a threat to the very continued existence of
humanity as a species, any power anywhere that imposes caution on that
rampage is a defender of humanity, whatever its own motives may be.
