Most of the information so far has dealt with how to get there, but I'd
like to remind whoever goes that Tirolo de Merano is also a private home.
Many, many of us have enjoyed Mary's hospitality--one of many, many
wonderful traits she seems to have inherited from her father--so be sure
to contact her before you arrive.

Also, to call it "Pound's Castle" is to forget its very interesting
history, ancient and modern, before Pound ever arrived.
