I think the guy at WZON is pretty bright... see the special counsel at ASCAP
and whatever other "music pay us pay us for everything that you play in a
commercial enterprise" is working hard at figuring out how to make all the
radio stations pay extra for their internet broadcasts... and they are gonna
seek triple the normal amount in compensitory damages....
