HEAL & RHEAL are cousins to RPI and do not adjust for the average
"advantage" of home teams.  I do report the "average home
advantage" on the weekly HEAL report.  It does not account for
neutral ice games. The most recent result is ..

      Overall home ice advantage=0.645 goals per game
