I stand by my previous post. If they had played a regular season game in which
the regulation was followed by a 20 minute OT and one team scored at the 6
minute mark...then have the won the game according to regular season rules?
No! The only advancement purpose that the NCAA needs to recognize is in post
season...everything else must be played under the same timing rules.
