I've always wanted to attend a penalty-free hockey game (well, at least
insofar as the officials see it :-) but, despite coming close several
times with only 2-3 penalties called, I've never actually had the good
fortune to attend such a game in person. This must be an exceedingly
rare occurrence - can anyone else recall such a game from their own ex-
periences ?? I've also fantasized about witnessing a whistle-free period
too - no off-sides, no goals, no icing, no penalties, no stoppage of play
at all, just shift after shift of up and down action !! I've seen long
stretches (ca. 10 mins. or so) of whistle-free hockey, but have always
secretly wished for a whole period of shift changing on the fly - that
would be something to see ....
Cheers from Solomons - Jim
Maine did their part, now it's your turn - Go Blue !!!
