Subject: OSU Hockey
I have always liked watching OSU hockey games and I followed the
Buckeyes for the whole time that I grew up in Columbus, but the
team just plain never was very good. The main problem is speed.
There is no way that OSU can compete with the LSSU's, Michigans,
and Michigan States of the CCAHA as long as tey perpetually are
outskated. It looks like another long season for hockey in s.
Columbus. Ohio State will be fortunate as hell not to finish
last AGAIN. I wish Clemson had a hockey team.
=====================================================================
Of the four conferences, the CCHA is probably the one that I know about
the least (top to bottom), but I can not understand how a school the size
of OSU, with it's committment to success in sports, (not just hoops and
pigskin, OSU has been successful in many sports), can consistent field a
team as non-competitive as it does. And what's the deal with the
facilities there? Am I missing something?
