St. Lawrence and Quinnipiac skated to a 1-1 tie tonight.  Justin Eddy of
Quinnipiac University had 58 saves.  Sean Coakley of SLU had 20 saves.
According to the SLU announcers Eddy's performance was outstanding with
some great saves.  I believe the goals were scored by Bennett (sp?) for
QU and Gellard for SLU.

This is the only game of  the weekend for SLU but Quinnipiac goes to
Potsdam to play Clarkson tomorrow night.

Harvard beat Brown for the opening game of the ECAC 2000-2001 season.
