Morrison Named Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week

Mike Morrison (Medford, Mass./ Phillips Exeter Academy) was named Hockey
East Defensive Player of the Week today. He made 46 saves in 5-1 victory
over third-ranked North Dakota. Morrison made 22 saves in the second period
alone inculding one on a break away. He is 1-0-0 on the season with a 1.99
goals against average and a .950 save percentage.

Morrison joins teammate Colin Sheilds (Glascow, Scotland/ Cleveland
Barons), who received Rookie of the Week Honors a week ago, as players who
have received Hockey East Honors this year .
