 As far as I'm concerned the NC$$ enforces their rules very selectively,
one just has to look at the worst violations in 20 years(according to the
NC$$) at UMinnesota to see that. No Post season penalties  for the Gophers,
thats a joke.When it comes to the small schools the NC$$ huffs and puffs
and blows the school down. When it is a big school, they get asthma.jmho
