From Umaine Today:

A group of 17 University of Maine men's hockey players, along with
Coach Shawn Walsh, will visit with Gov. Angus King and members of the
State Legislature in Augusta on Thursday afternoon. The team members
will present Gov. King, Senate President Mark Lawrence and Speaker of
the House G. Steven Rowe with autographed hockey sticks. UMaine senior
Jim Leger (Saugus, Mass.) will also bring the Hockey Humanitarian
Award, presented annually to "college hockey's finest citizen," which
he won last week. An outstanding scholar-athlete, Leger was honored
for his volunteer work in the community.
