I regret to confirm Hugh Witemeyer's sentiments. An editor of the journal
informed me about three weeks ago that proofs of an article of mine of
similar vintage would reach me by this time for inclusion in the next
issue. Since they haven't arrived I was surprised to hear that that issue
'is just about to go to press'.
