in what seems to be a yearly excursion into getting TV information from the
NCAA and the lousy job they do of marketing the sport I did uncover the
following URL.

It shows that the tourney is not just PPV but also some sites such as MSC
and a few other regional networks...
 
 
I am still waiting for response from the NCAA as to what the blackout
restrictions will mean...
