I have to concur with Mr. Helland and Mr. Burton about the refs taking
too long to drop the pucks.  Over the last few years, I have noticed more
teams taking liberties with how long they take to get in position for a
face-off.  Tactics like that are useful to slow-down the tempo of the
game.  Also, I have noticed many more in the crease calls lately.  Were
the officials told to watch for that more closely at one of the meetings?
