The Fleet did use the big screen, at least for showing who scored the goals/assists, and who got the penalties, as well as a pretty neat video presentation at the beginning (if my memory serves me correctly).  I know at Albany they had these...
I don't remember if they used video replay or not, but I tend to remember them using this.

I hate to be gloom and doom, but the Fleet Center had a wonderful TV screen
and, as I recall, nothing was shown on it.  One would hope that those of us
lucky enough to plop down beaucoup $$ to watch from the seats would be
treated to some video replay.
