So the unfortunates were East Rutherford, KC, St. Louis, and San Jose (sorry
Tony).  Looks like tradition, track record, and proximity to established
college hockey ruled for the most part.  First time for Columbus, but it's
OSU's back yard.  Boston and Milwaukee are long time college hockey country
and recently hosted very successful FFs.
