In another story, it's announced that 2001 is sold out -- big surprise.  The
story also mentions that applications for 2002 will be accepted beginning
4/5/2001.

What I find odd is that 2005 was announced before 2004.  2002 (St. Paul) and
2003 (Buffalo) have already been announced.  Anybody heard anything about
2004?
