Local flatlanders couldn't help but be in a personal mode watching home grown
players on the ice.
 
Last night, everyone at Dixie's, Calhoun Beach Club, Minneapolis, hockey fan
or not watched.  Especially for me, all these guys played locally against my
son, it was more personal. I kept thinking about cute Karl G doing his usual
goalie acrobatics. Karl now has a state high school trophy to keep this one
company. Let's not forget the other local Apple Valley-ite big Brad. And,
Captain Peter Armbrust, great young man.
 
The Games: if it could always look this good.
