   I can go you one better, Army will be joinging the MAAC next
year.  Iona's coach Frank Bretti confirmed this long-rumored bit of
news on the bus trip up to Sacred Heart on Friday.  In addition, it
seems that Niagara is making noises about joining the MAAC as
well.  In the long run that makes sense because Niagara is a
MAAC school and gives the conference some flexibility by having
the two Buffalo-area schools in the fold.
