Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that during the ECAC semifinal
broadcast the Empire Sports Network crew talked about the NC$$
selection process and how it's all mathematics, then put up what they
called the "NCAA Power Rating Index", which showed the top seven teams
listed in order of RPI, not the pairwise rankings.  Who forgot to do
their research there?
        And speaking of the PWR, now that UVM has dropped below UNH,
the NC$$'s plot to keep the Cats from getting a bye so that their fans
will attend both days in Worcester seems to have been
unneccessary. :-) (Well, it's as good a conspiracy theory as any...)
