It sounds as if the ESPN coverage of the Championship game was poor, and the
snub by SI unbelievable. To add insult to injury, the April 8 edition of the
NC$$ News captions the photo of the game winning goal "Michigan's Mike Legg
(far left) fires in the game-winning goal in overtime as the Wolverines edge
Colorado College, 3-2, for the Division I Men's Ice Hockey Championship." Yes,
Mike Legg is in the photo, but the shot I saw from Sec. 221 was Morrison's from
the opposite side of the net.
 
Shame and SIEVE on the NC$$ copy editors. They did give proper credit for the
GWG in the text, however. Perhaps, as Pogo said. "We have met the enemy and
...."
