I don't think that this has been mentioned yet, although I certainly
could have missed it. I was reading PC Computing magazine (Dec 95)
while waiting for the oil on my car to be changed last Saturday. They
had a list of their top WWW sites. Under the category of Sports, the
only strictly hockey site mentioned was Andria Hunter's women's college
hockey page. Congratulations!

On a totally unrelated topic, it was good to read all of the articles
about Red Berenson's play as a collegian. I always enjoy reading about
things that happened before my time at RPI. Makes one feel a bit
younger.

I was quickly brought down to earth when I read Leigh Torbin's excellent
article about RPI's Houston Field House. For those of us who remember
when RPI had little clocks on each side of the stands that kept time,
the hanging scoreboard seemed quite modern when it was introduced. (I
can't for the life of me remember if it was installed while I was at
RPI or after I left.)

Leigh also commented upon the obstructed views caused by the poles. He
should have seen it before the renovation when there was one pole for
each section of seats. There was hardly an unobstructed seat in the
entire place.
