Hi all -- the two "weathers"; inclement and being "under the" prevented Dan
and me from heading into the Fleece Center tonight; but we will definitely
be there tomorrow. Look forward to seeing everyone downstairs at the
Commonwealth. Will be there early if the Bruins play their usual brand of
hockey tomorrow afternoon.

I think the fact that they scored the first goal made a big difference.
It's not easy to always have to come from behind. BU looked tired also (is
it because they are young, or had too much of a pre-St Patrick's day
celebration down on Commonwealth Avenue).

Maine's second goal should be pictured in the hockey dictionary under "this
is how you should play a four on two" -- it was a work of art and should be
on the highlight films. I'd also like to give a special Dan and Lindsay
"Stein Award" to the person who laid the check on DiPietro when he came out
of the net to handle the puck (my mind is going on me and I can't remember
who it was). Serves him right for coming out of the net.

With this win I think they will definitely stay in the east, and if they
win tomorrow, I think they'll get one of the byes.

Our tickets to Providence arrived today, and I'm growing ever more
confident that I'll see the Black Bears down there in a few weeks.
