Per http://www.uscollegehockey.com/news/ecac/ecacupdate.html, the NCAA
clarified the status of Vermont and Air Force vis-a-vis tournament
selection.  The games played against both teams will count for RPI
(and, presumably, PWR).  The only concern for calculations will be that
Air Force will not be a TUC even if they are above .500 unless they get
to 20 D1 games.
