Well, the Clarkson Golden Knights proved that Friday's "effort" at
Vermont was no fluke by losing to the Dartmouth Big Green. Clakrson
was up 2-1 when Dave Seitz gave CU a 3-1 lead early in the 3rd. Then
Dartmouth was given a 5 on 3 advantage for 2 minutes and they scored
a pair of PPG tying the game up. This scenario seemed similar to
last night's SLU-Dartmouth game but it had a different ending. With
1:50 left in the game, Dartmouth scored the game winning goal. Clarkson
frantically tried to tie it up but could not.
No, this is not a joke, Dartmouth did really beat Clarkson 4-3. Once
again, Clarkson forgot to play the last 20 minutes. In their last 3
games (all losses), they have been outscored 8-0.
BTW- Vermont was on top of St Lawrence 4-2 late in the 3rd.
