If I remember it correctly, the televised ads that I saw (and these were
shown in the arena occasionally as well) all mentioned toward the end that
the process of applying for 2005 begins April 1.  I don't specifically
remember any print ads, but I'm pretty sure they would mention this date in
the fine print as well.
