It /is/ against the rules, although it's not a blanket prohibition and
it's in Appendix C:
"During the period of review, no replay of the situation may be shown on
the arena video screen or any other public video monitor."

They're not supposed to show replays while the review is in progress,
but there's no indication that they can't show them afterwards.
