That is not exactly an original quote. It was originally attributed to U of
Oklahoma's president in the 1950's, in what was truly a Freudian slip.
Methinks that in light of the national publicity NoDak has garnered over
this week's SI article, that Kupchella tongue was planted firmly in cheek.
