Am I the only one that thinks that the "Special Needs" area of the 
application applies to those who are elderly, infirm, handicapped or blind? 
(although I haven't seen many blind people at a hockey game,  I suppose they 
could get into it just as much as a sighted person.) I'm sure everyone would 
indicate their preferred location as between the blue lines and about 5-10 
rows up. I doubt this is what the XCel Center intended for that spot on the 
app. Just my $0.02.
