Michigan State stays on top, and BC extends (barely) its lead over North
Dakota. Minnesota shoots up to fourth spot from seventh, while CC drops from
fourth to seventh. Clarkson breaks into the poll in 12th spot, replacing
Cornell, who dropped out completely. Maine and Wisconsin rejoin the top 12,
replacing MSU-Mankato and Western Michigan.
The WCHA has five teams in the top 12, the CCHA has two, Hockey East has
four and the ECAC has one.
There were 9 votes this week, four West (2 WCHA, 1 CCHA, 1 CHA), four East (2 HE, 1 ECAC and 1 MAAC) and one of indeterminate region.
