One more time Tony, I fail to see how I'm missing the point.  The 5 March
PWR ranked Niagara # 9.  Their tournament performance demonstrated that the
ranking was about correct.  At that point, good sportsmen should have
stopped using Niagara in any discussion asserting that the system is
flawed.  If at that point people wanted to defend other ranking systems,
they should have limited their assertations to Q who did not have the
opportunity to defend their PWR ranking.  The continued use of Niagara only
weakens their cases for adopting any other ranking system.
