In recent years, the NCAA's official travel agency (Worldtek) has
marketed packages for the various NC$$ events.  I suspect that Worldtek
has an encumbrance on more than just a few of the prime seats.
 
Sounds like an exercise in vertical integration by the NC$$ ...
