Bill Corrigan's map of the Pepsi Arena is correct (according to the web site, the local phone directory and my own personal experience in the building.
 
The lower bowl includes sections 103-107 and 118-122.
Sections 101-102, 108-109,116-117 and 123-124 are in the corners.
 
The upper bowl sections which match up with the lower bowl sections above are: 205-209, 227-231 and the corner sections:
201-204,210-213, 223-226 and 232-235. The discrepancy berween the section numbers upstairs in the corners is due to the fact that the upstairs corner sections are smaller than the downstairs sections below them.
 
The arena seating chart on the web site is correct.
