now that USCHO has made its pair wise rankings available, I'll start
posting my version of the same calculations. The only difference
between the USCHO results and my results is how the information is displayed.
This message features three matrices that provide a compact view of
a) all head to head comparisons
b) all record against common opponent comparisons
c) all individual overall comparisons.
in addition to the summary data.

under consideration, the ratings percentage index, and
the number of pairwise comparisons won are listed above.
(for individual comparisons, subtract head to head record
from the overall 'being considered' record given above.)
The Ratings percentage index is used as a tiebreaker.
