There are some interesting changes here...
  The top 3 are maine, unh, and nodak. unh is first. nodak is 2nd if
  uvm is included, but third if excluded
 
  The next 4 are niagara, wisconsin, bu and michigan. with uvm
  excluded, niagara jumps from 6th to 4th, wisconsin falls from 4th to
  5th, bu jumps from 7th to 6th iand michigan drops from 5th to 7th
 
  Quinnipiac and ferris state stay in 9th and 8th
 
  msu drops from 10 to 12, northern drops from 11 to 13, RPI jumps
  from 12 to 10, northeastern drops from 13 to 15, st lawrence jumps
  from 14 to 11, and and colgate jumps from 15 to 14
 
  bc and providence remain in 16 and 17
 
  there is some more shuffling after that.  the only thing of major
  note is that St. Cloud is no longer a TUC.
