Found a very short blurb on USCHO's front page that Jeff Fanter has resigned
effective the end of the month to go back to Indiana U.  The ECAC site had
nothing about it at all, though.
 
If this is true, this is a very strange turn of events.  Fanter made a lot of
changes around the league (D-I and D-III) - some popular, some not.  He
genuinely seemed to be giving the league some direction.  Then to abruptly
resign, days before the season starts?  This just doesn't make sense.  Wonder
what's really going on.....
