I'm trying to keep up with the traffic, I'm pretty sure nobody has mentioned
this:
 
FWIW, Dean Blais's contract will be partially paid through private donations
made to the UND Foundation.  I do not know if this is common.  (Didn't
Wisconsin get in trouble for incorrectly reporting this kind of thing?)
