About the UW situation, from what I heard on the radio this morning, the
problem was with unauthorized spending of booster club money by the head
football coach, the AD, someone in the Sports Information Office and I think
they said softball of all things. The hockey team and basketball team(s)
were not mentioned.
I also undestand that the spending or use of such money would not have been
a violation if prior authorization had been given. Thats all for now.
