Lets see, if they were born after the NC$$'s in 1982, that would mean that they would be turning 17 later this year (or, I suppose, just turned 17 in the last month, since the tourny was a little earlier in the season then). How many 16 year olds are skating in this year's tournament? :):) Would they even be allowed to?
