EXACTLY! ;-)
 
Scholarship maximum for hockey is 18.  However, the dollar value differs based
on in-state or out-state tuition.  A full scholarship for an out-state
student-athlete may be $18,000 where as an in-state student-athlete might only
be $12,000.
 
Scholarships are also split up (probably more often than not, depending on the
school/coach).  A half-scholarship for an out-state SA would be $9,000 and
in-state would be $6,000 so a full-scholarship for the two would be $15,000.
