Northeastern won its 4th straight Fox New England (TV) game of the week
Sunday, beating BU 3-1. Northeastern dominated the first two periods, but
couldn't get more than two goals past BU's Laroque. BU dominated the first
half of the third period, but couldn't get many shots on goal. Northeastern's
third goal was an empty-netter.

Watching the game on Fox New England, what struck me was that the announcers
focused 90 percent of their attention on BU, to the point where I felt that I
might as well have been watching the BU student broadcast. When Northeastern
was carrying the play, the announcers talked about what BU needed to do to
turn things around; when the momentum turned, the announcers took note and
commented on how well BU was playing.

I hope the Fox broadcast team reviews the game tape and mends their ways.
Unless "Fox attitude" means slanting the broadcast in favor of whichever
Hockey East team is their favorite for the night.
