It may be that it simply is easier to see more teams if you are an ECAC
fan. Remember that the key restriction Greg placed on the poll was that
you had to have seen both teams. If you live in a WCHA city, it isn't
possible to see every other team, unless you are willing to travel.

I suspect there are eastern fans who would say nearly the same thing, in
reverse. :-)

Game 1 was closer than I thought it would be. If UND is complacent, they
could be playing on Sunday.
