are saying ie heresay), is that the MAAC are going after what everybody
else is going after -- 19 or 20 year old freshman, be it from Juniors or
Prep schools.  Rare is the player making the jump directly from HS to Div
1.
 
Personally I think its interesting that Q'pac, Sacred Heart and Fairfield
all decided to get a head start by offering scholarships this year.  They
should be the favorites in the MAAC next season.  Of course, if anyone
can, UConn (apologies to Rocky & Bullwinkle).
