In an attempt to move away from the so and so left Minnesota to play for
School X (Wisconsin, UND, CC), I thought I'd do some investigating on
where North Dakota's stars come from.
 
The Sioux have featured All-Americans from XX states and XX provinces,
including four of the five contiguous ones (Yes, Montana, but no South
Dakota).  It would be interesting to see what other schools have hit the
road with such success.
 
Enough babbling, here they are (1st teamers only)
