There is plenty of competition for hotels in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the
weekend of the NCAA Western Regionals.  There is an event at the Amway Grand
that has the hotels downtown already full.  There is some sort of Special
Olympics event going on in Grand Rapids that weekend, as well.
 
It looks like most of the remaining lodging is a couple of miles further out
