Interesting way to phrase it, as Gilligan is on the rules committee and it
is in his power to change the WRITTEN rule.
 
Attempting to gain advantage by circumventing the rules is cheating.
 
Becoming irate that someone would have the temerity to call you on it is...
well, I'm going to hope that he was simply misquoted...
