Many people both on and off the list have inquired about the status of the
UMaine hockey web page I ran the past season or so.
 
I have decided to discontinue operating that site, due to time constraints
and the fact the University of Maine was not interested in sanctioning the page.
 
Anyone looking for Maine information/discussion can join the Maine Hockey
Discussion List by sending mail to [log in to unmask] with the
following in the body:
 
subscribe me-hockey Your Name
 
If you don't understand how to do that, but are still interested in the
list, please contact me privately, I'm sure I can assist.
 
To all others who enjoyed the site, my apologies.  I do know that some other
organizations are making tentative plans to supliment the rather meager web
page that the university runs.
