Lake State split with Notre Dame
Michigan beat Wisconsin and lost to Minnesota
Western Michigan beat Ohio State twice
Bowling Green beat Fairbanks three times
MSU also beat Wisconsin and lost to Minnesota

Why should Michigan and MSU both be penaltized for losing to Minnesota,
the best team of all the above and LSSU not penaltized for
losing once to Notre Dame. Furthermore, the top 5 in the CCHA according to
HEAL are:
1. Western Michigan
2. Bowling Green
3. Lake Superior
4. Michigan
5. Michigan State

It seems that if you beat someone, you are rewarded as much for the win
being the winner as you are penaltized for losing. The real irony is
that LSSU is not a Top 10 team right now but in the top 10 in HEAL and
Michigan is not a Top 10 team in HEAL but in the Top 10 in the polls.

If Wayne (or even Mike) could give a further explanation for this, it
would be appreciated.
