        I guess it is supposed to have changed to 19 and if you want to
apply for the draft you can petition when you 18 years old.
The Nhl Draft is supposed to be held in Winnepeg but may be moved
to LA because if the City of Winnepeg doesn't build a New arena the Jets
Will be moving it has been rumored they could be head to MPLS, the Odgen
CORP that runs target center has offered the Jets owner a deal
